LSD Servicing and Repairs

Before returning any unit to Gripper, please complete the returns form, so we can identify your return for the work required and turn round your product with out delay.

Stage 1

All returns units for servicing must be
accompanied by a copy of our returns form.

1st Stage Process

Complete the form below, with a copy of your purchase receipt and reason for returning the unit.

Stage 2

Package and send to us, complete with the
returns paperwork we send you from stage 1.

2nd Stage Process

Box up securely with a copy of the returns
paperwork to the address supplied

Stage 3

Full service or repair is undertaken in-house and quality is assured by our workforce and systems.

3rd Stage Process

Our in-house experts will carry out the request for service or repair and return to the supplied address.
